Her motto is, “I want to help you help yourself.” She says that Mike Ditka said it best when he quoted, “Here’s what I tell anybody and this is what I believe. The greatest gift we have is the gift of life. We understand that. That comes from our Creator. We’re given a body. Now you may not like it, but you can maximize that body the best it can be maximized.”
Vicki moved to Gainesville in 1996. She has been married to Dr. Garrick Bailey for 28 years. She has two beautiful daughters, Ashton, 24 and Alana, 21. They have always been a fitness family incorporating either hiking, tennis, doing some form of cardio and/or strength training to their daily routines. It’s truly an important part of their lives. “Fitness is about so much more than exercise. It’s a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of your life.” -Amanda Russell.

Vicki is available for training in both our Gainesville and Oakwood locations.
