Healthy Sloppy Joe Wraps

These are quick, easy, inexpensive and healthy. Takes about 15 minutes, all ingredients together cost about $11. Will serve about 3-4 people in the portion size outlined here.


1 pound ground turkey breast

1/2 red onion, chopped or diced

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 8 oz can no salt tomato sauce

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup organic ketchup

1 tsp chili powder

Tabasco sauce

Hearts of Romaine lettuce

Brown the turkey breast in a skillet, using no-stick spray. When brown, blend in ketchup, Dijon mustard, onion, chili powder, pepper, dash of Tabasco and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer for ten minutes. Spoon into Romaine lettuce leaf, and enjoy!!
