Try this one out for a high protein, moderate but quality carb meal, that’s great tasting, too!

Guacamole ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 white onion, diced

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon Boar’s Head Deli Style mustard

dash of Tabasco sauce

3 tablespoons Greek yogurt, made with 2% milk

You will also need:

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast

Ezekiel sprouted grain wraps

Romaine lettuce hearts

While grilling the chicken on a George Foreman, or similar type of fat draining grill, peel and pit the avocado. Mash to a thick pulp, add in the other guacamole ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Rinse and shred the lettuce.

Take an Ezekiel wrap, add the grilled chicken, lettuce and top with the guacamole.
