Chris is passionately committed to his clients success. Helping his clients achieve their fitness goals is what drives him. With 15 plus years experience and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, he has the knowledge, experience and skill to work with people of all ages and ability levels. No matter what your fitness goal is; weight loss, strength, mobility, or cardio conditioning, Chris will design a custom fitness plan to ensure you achieve it.
Chris is also committed to his own fitness goals. He lost 25 pounds and 8% body fat in 2018. Chris enjoys exercising and practices good nutrition to ensure he reaches his goals.
Chris lives an active lifestyle and enjoys being outdoors. He loves animals and is a dog person. Chris is also into Bonsai, the Japanese art of miniature trees.
Chris is available for training in both our Gainesville and Oakwood locations.
